Montgomery County Housing Authority is a HUD High Performing Agency and a Section 8 High Performer. We are dedicated to Building Communities and Changing Lives one family at a time. Montgomery County Housing Authority manages 116 Low income public housing apartments, 93 Section 8 vouchers, 60 single family Tax Credit Homes, 32 Elderly Apartments, 47 Tax Credit Apartments, 87 Section 8 Project Based Apartments and 32 unit Market Rate Apartment buildings throughout Montgomery County.
